Abstract

The change from the State of Legal Law to the State of Constitutional Law that was produced -in continental Europe and from there to Latin America- after the second war worldwide, it had a transversal effect on law, the State and jurists. These three areas strongly interrelated, were undergoing transformations in their main characteristics and backbones, until turning them into very different realities. It is true that changes are noted fundamentally observing the same reality, but if one settles in the academic space traditional, most likely you will not notice them in their full magnitude; well it's pretty obvious that in our Faculties of Law predominates, in general, a notable inertia that prevents recognize and assume the new reality, and thus continue to prepare future professionals of the straight as if almost nothing new had happened in the last two hundred years.
