Abstract

The work consists of a brief study on an institute of administrative procedural law, as it is, the inhibitory for causes in which the National State intervenes. The said tool regulated in act 26,854, has a central importance for the public lawyer and, in this sense, the note highlights its main characteristics, as well as the look of the federal courts in around the point.
