Abstract

This article has the purpose of empirically demonstrating the importance of applying binding international law instruments in order to identify from comparative law, compliance with conventional environmental standards, such as main object of control, evaluating as a contribution, the registration of breaches of binding international instruments in order to to apply the corresponding fines.
