Abstract

The work focuses on analyzing the affectation of real estate that is expropriated for the purpose of road construction, by the DN de Vialidad within Córdoba and on identifying the different forms of protection of these assets. In this context, we are going to identify two problematic situations that frequently arise: firstly, the growing expansion of irregular settlements on spaces that, although not occupied by the routes themselves, are part of the traces with a current work project be executed, or are part of the space necessary for the protection of security within what is called the path zone. And secondly, the informal occupation of land. From what has been developed, it emerges that the local registration and cadastral regulations are perfectly compatible with the national expropriation law and that it helps it to fulfill its purpose, which is the acquisition of goods for public use, through the publicity of its legal situation and that the protection measures described could be implemented in all the organizations that are in charge of the custody and conservation of public domain assets.
