Abstract

This paper seeks to reflect on the importance of strengthening the institutional capacity in the specific areas of public advocacy to attend in a solvent manner, not only the closing of the negotiations, but also the continuity of a debt that will have an intergenerational and It will require permanent attention from different bodies of state lawyers throughout the period of amortization of capital and payment of interest. The management of the public debt must be constant, constantly seeking better terms, amounts and interests over time in order to alleviate the burden of debt services for citizens. Incorporating within the law teaching institutions in general and within the School of the State Advocacy Corps in particular, updated training and lines of research on the subject, will be essential for this task.
