La violencia de género en el ámbito de la Seguridad Social. La necesidad de interpretar el derecho desde el constitucionalismo social

Abstract

This paper is a reflection on the need to give meaning to the problem of gender violence under the view of social constitutionalism. As a first task, I will propose an approach to the problem of gender violence through the analysis of the vulnerable groups, as well as the actions of the State to solve social inequalities. Then, I will examine how the interpretation of the law, from social constitutionalism, serves to guarantee the rights of equality and Social Security of the vulnerable groups. Finally, I will make some considerations by way of synthesis to arrive at initial conclusions that facilitate future research.
