Abstract

Thinking on the difficulties that we observe in the performance of lawyers in the Public Administration, the Public Function and Justice. The eternal dilemma between the expected and the sad reality. Eternal processes and procedures, lack of common sense, breaches, due process and even the international responsibilities that can be generated. In a world with increasingly complex conflicts in which changes seem to occur faster than we can even interpret, the law is not immune to its impact. The effectiveness to a large extent will be given by the degree of interpretation of the conflict to find the normative, doctrinal and jurisprudential tools that provide a solution to a human problem that can find certainty and resolution in the law.
