LA COMISIÓN EVALUADORA DE OFERTASY SU TRATAMIENTO EN LA NORMATIVACONTRACTUAL

Abstract

This work is made up of simple reflections aimed at examining the Bid Evaluation Commission, which fulfills a very important task in the contractual process, but which, due to the scant attention given to it by the regulations, does not seem to be adequately valued. We will then try to carry out a study of certain situations that can be ordered if guidelines are set from the regulations so that the mode of action is uniform in all the organisms, which contributes to protecting several of the principles involved in contracting, transparency, advertising, dissemination and equality, among others.
