Abstract

The paper addresses the issue of violence and discrimination against the transgender community in Argentina, focusing on the
implementation of the quota law for transgender individuals in the workforce. It highlights the lack of practical implementation of this law and proposes appealing to national public administration bodies to ensure compliance. The importance of depathologizing transgender identities is reflected upon, as well as the institutional violence they face.
