Abstract

The reforms introduced to the Administrative Procedures
Law of the Province of Corrientes are analyzed by which the text was introduced, on the one hand, the duty to encourage the use of information
and communication technologies with a view to the speed of procedures,
and on the other, the possibility of administrative acts being issued by
electronic means was regulated, with the purpose of guaranteeing equal
access to public administration, through free channels, even allowing the
alternative use of other procedures . Also the advances made in judicial
processes in the use of new technologies.
