Abstract

This article intends to make a review of the actions carried out by the Directorate of Access to Justice (ATAJO), of the National Attorney General, regarding the rights of the social Security. An attempt is made to analyze/expose the forms of intervention based on the specific cases presented, while demonstrating that the strengthening of the right to access to justice removes the obstacles to the true access of the most vulnerable sectors to the most basic rights of social security. Due to the affectation of the quality of life caused by the general socio-economic crisis of recent times, especially regarding disadvantaged sectors, the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Nation has made institutional efforts to maximize its role and commitment created by its law. Organic Law 27,148, strengthening the defense of legality and human rights. The role of its Directorate for Access to Justice is a perfect demonstration of this commitment.
