Abstract

The work raises policy gaps in abnormal ways of ending contracts for goods and services. Both in the general rule (Delegated Decree 1023/01), and in its regulations (Decree 1030/16), abnormal modes are scattered, poorly regulated, among other issues. That is why what is sought is to systematize the different procedures, including their regulation, jurisprudence and doctrine. The conse­quences of each procedure, and its reasonableness and convenience, will be analyzed.
