Abstract

I ask myself, in this work, if human rights have something to say and make in a world that repels the values of human dignity and equality; if they can overcome their enunciative nature and nest, in their semantic and political field, the power of postponed or excluded lives;and also, if they can help to find there their own language to inoculate the suffering experience of the lives to redeem them and make them habitable in the face of an economic system that suffocates and expels them. I think that it is possible, through insistent praxis and I will try to show it through the experience of collective and strategic litigation that includes the claim of a hospitable, friendly judiciary that looks straight at the face of social pain, accommodates it and remedies it.
