Abstract

Gender-based violence is a pervasive issue across all organizations, thus regulations have been enacted to combat it. This paper addresses the current international and national regulations, as well as the specific provisions of the Argentine Army that apply to cases of gender-based violence in the workplace. It is divided according to the nature of the employment relationship between employees and the government. After outlining advancements in the field, the regulations
are compared to identify potential enhancements based on a hypothetical conflict. The comparison serves as a valuable basis for future research on the effects of regulatory amendments.
